5. Payments & Fees

Certain features of Ideal.Bio require a paid subscription. Transaction fees may apply to sales made through the platform, depending on your plan tier. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Refund policies for creator-sold products and services are at the discretion of the individual seller, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

6. Intellectual Property

The Ideal.Bio brand, logos, platform code, and design are the exclusive property of Ideal.Bio and are protected by intellectual property laws. Users retain all rights to their own content, profiles, and creative works. You may not copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Ideal.Bio platform without our written permission.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms of Service, engage in abusive behavior, or pose a risk to other users or the platform. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your data will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

Ideal.Bio is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform, and we are not responsible for any content posted by users. 9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ideal.Bio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability for any claims related to the service is limited to the amount of fees you have paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
